It was a difficult day for little baby monkey as he followed his mother, Janet, everywhere she went. From the early morning, the baby hoped for warm milk and comfort from his loving mum. Every time Janet stopped to rest, the baby rushed over, reaching for her and crying softly, hoping she would allow him to nurse.

Janet seemed determined to teach her growing baby an important lesson. Whenever he begged for milk, she gently moved away and continued with her daily activities. “Listen to Mum Janet,” it seemed she was saying. “No milk today. Stop crying and don’t beg anymore, please, baby.”

Throughout the day, the baby continued trying his luck. Sometimes he tugged gently at Janet’s fur, and other times he cried loudly, hoping she would change her mind. However, Janet stayed firm in her decision. She encouraged him to explore, play, and spend time discovering the world around him instead.
As the sun began to set, the baby finally grew tired. His cries became quieter, and he settled near his mother. Janet watched over him lovingly, showing that even when she refused milk, she still cared deeply for her little one.
